1 x EPOXY ADHESIVE GLUE FOR METALS, WOOD, GLASS, STONE etc (2 x 12ml) - "Liquid Metal"

SPECIAL TECHNICAL EPOXY 300kg - HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT

DESCRIPTION:

A special, industrial, technical adhesive for high – strength repairs of machine parts damaged as a result of corrosion, friction, break, cracks, cavitation in machines working in very difficult conditions. This adhesive is a two component one on the base of epoxy resins and hardener. The addition suitably selected modifying fillers (powders of metals, glass, graphite) allows for obtains joints of matched physical – chemical parameters to the material to be repaired. The joints are characterized by high resistance to water, petrol, oils, acids, weather conditions and high temperature.

IDEAL FOR:

Bonds to all metals and their alloys and casts (stainless and acid-proof steel, aluminium, iron cast, bronze brass. Also bonds to glass, wood, stone, most plastics which enables bonding metals to different non-metal articles e.g. steel to concrete, cast iron to rubber. Thank to very high hardness and can be mechanically worked therefore it is called “liquid metal” having a wide use in industry and motorization.

HOW TO USE:

The surface to be bonded should be roughened with a sand paper and then cleaned degreased. Before use the components should be heated to room temperature. Cut off the tips of nozzle holding the syringe in the vertical position. Squeeze the air from the sir and then required amount of the adhesive on the plastic plate and mix very exactly up to uniform colour. The bonded articles have to be immobilized until the joint and it does not depend on air access on moisture. This process is an exothermic reaction. It is advisable to heat the surfaces to be bonded using e.g. electric dryer. Higher temperatures considerably shorten repair time and increase strength parameters of joints. Store at +5'C to +25'C. Remember about cleaning the bather from the adhesive after finishing work. Separate the plug and close the nozzle of syringe.
