VERY STRONG AND RAPID CONNECTION - HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT

DESCRIPTION:

Second Super Glue is a new generation, combining instant adhesive based on cyanoacrylate adhesive high-performance technology. Container with a brush is a great solution which takes full advantage of the huge opportunities cyanoacrylate adhesive. It is especially useful for bonding large surfaces such as rubber hoses. In this type of connection provides a uniform adhesive film about a seal and a uniform distribution of adhesion forces at the time of the breaking stress.

Easy to apply adhesive to the surfaces to be joined by using special packaging with reusable brush, which greatly facilitates bonding. Very fast time (a few seconds) to complete bonding. The glue reacts only after joining the surfaces using when rapid polymerization takes place. The glue is designed to join smooth and tight fitted surfaces (creating a precise and invisible joint) on almost all materials: metals, alloys and castings, wood, ceramics, glass, stone, rubber, leather, and a variety of both hard plastic and elastic (except polyethylene and polypropylene). Connections are very stable with high-performance endurance. Versatile from the household by the automotive and the industry. Very economical and universal glue.

HOW TO USE:

1. Glued surface must be smooth, clean and free of grease.
2. Apply a thin even layer of brush adhesive on only one surface to be joined.
3. Connect the parts to be joined (without any correction or moving the parts after connecting) hold for a few seconds with the same force (depending on the type of joined materials).
4. Excess adhesive should be wiped immediately after gluing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS:

Second Glue works only with subjects with well-matched surfaces where was no loss of a native material.Bonding occurs through intermolecular reaction when pressing together the joined parts. To achieve high performance connections is important to hold the parts with equal strength (without moving) in the first seconds after joining.

The smaller amount of glue is applied the stronger the connection. The strongest connection is obtained by combining tight fitted and flexible rubber surfaces, but also a rubber with hard materials such as metals, glass, granite. With a strong compression of such materials there is only a minimal amount of glue needed by principle described above and the joint is most resistant to breaking and shearing stress as well as shock and vibration. Therefore, especially when bonding uneven and rigid surfaces it's recommended to use a rubber patch that will serve as a link and also reduce stress between joined materials such as rear-view mirror etc.
