DESCRIPTION:

A specialistic, industrial, white, technical adhesive of the highest chemical resistance made on the base of methacrylate resins and PTFE micropowder. Cures by the catalytic effect of metal and absence of air. The addition of teflon ensures high chemical resistance and lubricating properties during screwing down joints. Anaerobic adhesive 5572 is high viscosity and quick curing sealant designed for uses requiring very high reliability e.g. in car instalations. Irreplaceable sealant for pipe joints, especially hydraulic ones working in difficult conditions exposed to very high pressures of aggressive chemical agents. Resistant changing weather conditions and temperature from -50'C to +150'C.The high viscosity and thixotropic properties of the adhesive allow to fill gaps bigger than 0,2 mm (may lock big screws and seal pipes of M80 or R3. This adhesive protects coated elements against corrosion and is very economical. Initial cure is achieved in approximately 30 minutes. In this time there is a possibility of correction of a joint without loss of its leaktigthness. Very easy to use.

HOW TO USE:

Apply the adhesive to a few coils of thread directly from the tube (you must not immerse metal parts in the container containing the adhesive 5572). During screwing down the sealant equally fills space between the threads influencing the leaktightness and reliability of joints. Teflon contained in the adhesive increases slip and facilitates screwing down. Small oiling up of the surfaces to be bonded is permissible but higher strengths are achieved when the surfaces are degreased.
