DESCRIPTION:

A special industrial technical adhesive of the highest strength parameters produced on the base of special methacrylate resins cures.
Anaerobic adhesive 6601 is a low viscosity fast curing substrate. Designed for uses requiring very high reliability and big static strength combined with good mechanical resistance and resistance to fatigue loading on all metal surfaces. Distributes stresses uniformly on the whole surface of joint which increases its reliability and durability.


IDEAL FOR:

Ideal for assembly of bearings, gears, fly wheels and tight fitted joints. The cured joint is resistant to dynamic loading and vibrations. Also possesses very high resistance to solvents and other chemical factors. The low viscosity of this adhesive allows for filling gaps up to 0,15mm. Adhesive 6601 protects elements covered with it against corrosion and is very economical because it replaces expensive and labor consuming solutions of mechanical assembly.

The adhesive can be also used for:

- leveling clearance at assemble of worn out bearings
- Installation of mechanical parts into the machines
- fitting of gears, belts and chain wheels



HOW TO USE:

Apply a few drops of the adhesive to the surface directly from the bottle using the applicator (you must not immerse metal parts in a vessel containg the adhesive). Light oiling is permissible on the surfaces to be bonded but higher strength of joint is achieved after degreasing. Assembly with a rotary motion which ensures uniform distribution of the adhesive on the bonded surfaces.
